Quikcard, Canada’s leading health benefits provider, required a comprehensive claim settlement system for settlement of claims about health, dental, vision, and wellness to unify claim management, policy plans, and cardholder oversight. Their legacy desktop-based Oracle system slowed efficiency and scalability.
Seasia developed a modern healthcare CRM platform that digitized end-to-end claim processing. From customizable insurance plans to real-time adjudication and complex reimbursement calculations, the platform delivers automation, transparency, and scalability. The migration was from a legacy Desktop application to a platform built on the Java Spring Angular architecture, using a microservices-based ERP solution.
