Chase Center is an indoor arena located in San Francisco, California. It is the home of the Golden State Warriors, a professional basketball team in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The arena opened in 2019 and has a seating capacity of over 18,000 for basketball games. In addition to hosting Warriors games, Chase Center also hosts concerts, conventions, and other events.
The arena is named after JPMorgan Chase, the financial services company that sponsored its construction. It is located in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco and is easily accessible by public transportation. We built a web app for Chase Center that does justice to their Brand and their Vision.
Chase center wanted a dynamic event booking app to create their online presence. They wanted a strong web presence, ease of booking tickets for people, advance booking option, news section to update people about upcoming events, and an event calendar. We built a web app for the chase center that does justice to their reputation.
The services provided by us included Wireframing, Prototyping, Web Engineering Design, User Experience Design, Digital Brand Strategy , Consumer Insights, Information Architecture, Back-end and Front-end Tech Architecture,Front-end Development and Deployment. Everything met their customer expectations.
We understood that the Chase Center is more than just a place; it projects a certain brand image and ethos that gels with the community it forms a part of, and as a result, it brings the whole community together. Hence, our efforts went beyond just the functional aspects of the web app; in each feature of the app, the focus was always on the brand and the image being portrayed, as described in the sections below.
Under the events section, the user has the option to view the event calendar. The whole experience of browsing the site was designed to offer the users a very engaging experience. The section provides the users with critical information, such as name, date and time, location, type, ticketing information, contact information, and additional details, if any.
The users can inquire about the availability of the tickets and become privileged members to get access to tickets. The whole idea of this best event planning app is to make the process simple for users. The CTAs were placed in such a manner that they are intuitive and easily accessible. Through user research helped us meet the client expectations.
The Chase City Art Center collection depicts the beauty of the Bay Area and its people. Under the Art Program on the event planning application, there is information about the art center and the artists whose work is showcased in there. The art gallery showcases the entertainment and regional history of the area. It is almost like a virtual tour of the Art Center.
Chase Center Suites scream luxury, and that’s what we have beautifully captured in the design of the event planning web app. Through the web app, a user can book a private tour of the luxury suites. The tour helps the users decide better whether or not would they like to go ahead with their bookings, avoiding last minute disappointments.
