The abrupt transition to remote working due to the COVID-19 pandemic kept us charged and stressed-out at times. I am sure these unforeseen circumstances were never covered in most of the Management programs and had put many leaders around the globe withered under pressure. Undoubtedly, most of us missed out on the office workplace-culture, while leveraging various digital tools at home to foster innovative designs and solutions and nurtured a transformative journey in a distributed-yet-collective organization.
This year, again, our clairvoyance drove us to reign as the leading software company, and our teams scaled up to cater to the growing demands of the market. When our teams were thriving to cross different milestones, the leaders were not only targeting business goals and success; but payed keen focus on employee happiness and health parameters. We monitored every employee’s Emotional Intelligence to flourish their overall happiness, wellness, and health. It was possible due to the constant connection even during the difficult times, when everyone had to maintain a mandatory physical disconnect.
